Ben-Har™ and Suflex®
Atkins and Pearce announced in the fall of 2007 that it was acquiring the Ben-Har™ brands of coated insulation products. Early in 2008, Atkins & Pearce also announced that it plans to acquire the Suflex® brand of products. Beginning July 1, 2008 the Ben-Har™ products will be manufactured and sold from our state-of-the-art Covington, KY facility.
The transitions will be taking place as follows:
Ben-Har™ Transition, estimated completion: July 1, 2008
Suflex® Transition, estimated completion: September 1, 2008
