Engineered Braids for Various Industries

High Performance Twist
High Performance Twist (HPT) has quickly become known as a “critical differentiator” throughout Atkins & Pearce’s processing. We developed this proprietary platform to overcome the bundle integrity issues and post processing performance and aesthetic degradation that can occur with many fibers. In recent years we have made further enhancements to this process to allow us to process materials as small as 10 denier enabling fibers that were once thought to be unusable.
Precision Winding
Atkins & Pearce has developed a proprietary winding technology that allows us to build braider packages with various tapers, tensioning, and sizes. Specializing in materials with elongation challenges or processes allows us to wind products without inducing catenary. We can also provide material on cones, larger tubes, reels, king spools, and many other packaging styles.
