It is our promise to process and ship within 2 business days of successful order transaction. As far as shipping time once the package has left our facility, there are a few options for you to choose from! With our Wick Sample Kits, we offer FREE ground shipping (3-4 business days) on all domestic orders to the contiguous United States; however, buyers can also opt to choose a faster shipping option for an additional fee. While we do not offer free shipping for all other online product offerings, there are various shipping options available to choose from during the check-out process.
