Motor On® is a finely braided fiberglass sleeving impregnated and coated with a dielectric film of acrylic resin. Motor On® was designed and developed in response to the motor repair market’s demand for a high performance, cost-competitive sleeving insulation. The unique production process results in a noticeably softer hand, increasing surface texture to enhance the compatibility between sleeve and resin while also making installation easier for operators.

Motor On® was designed and developed in response to the motor repair market’s demand for a high performance, cost competitive sleeving insulation. It is manufactured by impregnating and coating specially braided fiberglass sleeving with a dielectric coating of acrylic resin.
Our unique production process results in a noticeably “softer hand”, increasing surface texture to enhance the compatibility between sleeve and resin while also making installation easier for your operators. Motor On® provides outstanding electrical protection and is compatible with most magnet coatings such as polyester, acrylic, polyamide, polyimide, epoxy and phenolic.
Motor On® is a class 155°C fiberglass sleeving used as electrical insulation and is commonly used as a universal sleeving solution for motor repair applications.
