Heavy-Duty Sleeving Solutions

Industrial equipment demands protection that withstands vibration, extreme temperatures, and intense abrasion. Atkins & Pearce offers braided sleeving solutions for cables, wires, and hoses.

Flex-Tuff®

Engineered for maximum abrasion resistance, Flex-Tuff® is ideal for protecting hydraulic hoses and cable bundles on heavy machinery. With an abrasion rating of 30,000+ cycles, its rugged nylon construction prevents costly downtime. The open weave design allows drainage and heat dissipation. Deploy Flex-Tuff® to extend service life in high-wear applications where industrial companies rely on continuous operation.

Atkins and Pearce's Monoflex® PEEK Braids in Black

Monoflex® PEEK

For applications near engines or exhaust systems, Monoflex® PEEK offers exceptional thermal stability with a continuous operating temperature of 260°C and a melting point of 343°C. It provides critical protection in high-heat zones while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance of 8,000 cycles. The lightweight, self-extinguishing material features low outgassing properties. Use Monoflex® PEEK to safeguard electronics from extreme heat and prevent thermal failures.

Atkins and Pearce's Monoflex® PPS Looping Braid in Black

Monoflex® PPS

Monoflex® PPS is an expandable, lightweight sleeving constructed of a self-extinguishing monofilament. Its high chemical resistance and low moisture absorption offer excellent protection in applications involving alcohols and organic acids.

Enclose®

When maintenance and retrofitting are required, ENCLOSE® provides a practical solution. Its wraparound design allows easy installation without disconnecting cables or hoses. ENCLOSE® ensures bundle integrity while protecting wires from abrasion and moisture. With a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, it delivers reliable performance.

Atkins and Pearce's Motor On® Strands in Natural

Motor On®

Motor On® is a cost-competitive, high-performance sleeving solution for the motor repair market. This finely braided fiberglass sleeving has a dielectric acrylic resin film and offers outstanding electrical protection.

Atkins and Pearce's Suflex® Flat Braid Strands in White

Suflex® Acryflex®-F

Suflex® Acryflex®-F is a fiberglass Class F electrical insulation with a dielectric acrylic resin film. These properties make it an excellent universal coated sleeving for applications with temperatures up to 155°C.
